A team link will be provided from your Coach or Manager. 
Full Payment must be made upon Registration - Go to mysideline player registration BUTTON and pay ALL FEES WITH YOUR OWN CREDIT CARD

• YOUR BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS
• A COPY OF YOUR MYSIDELEINE RECEIPT IN CHILDS NAME
